We are always trying to improve our service for our guests.  This winter we installed new flat-screen TV's in every room for your enjoyment. 

All the queen sized beds have been replaced with a Restwell 1028 coil and pillow top mattress, to ensure the most comfort while sleeping.  If you'd like information about this new Restwell mattress, please contact the front desk.

Our guests have been enjoying the new healthy breakfast with eggs.  Open from 7:30am to 9:30am.

This spring, the carpets in the hallways and stairwells were replaced to give the hotel a fresh and clean look again.

We have achieved "4 Green Keys" - our hotel has the highest "Green Key" rating in Campbell River.  We continually strive to help the environment - all the packaging of marmalade, butter, honey, etc. will be eliminated soon.   You might also notice that we do not supply the little shampoo, conditioner, and lotion bottles anymore, and nor do our soaps have any packaging.  We supply all the above products from "Purely Saltspring" which are natural and of high quality.  We encourage you to make other hotel operators aware of these high quality bulk dispensers during your travels.  We also appreciate your participation in our "Save The Linen" program too.

We have also recently achieved a Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor!  Thank you to all of our guest who wrote wonderful reviews for our hotel.  We greatly appreciate the feedback.
